The Learjet 60 is a medium-range twin-engine business jet produced by Bombardier Aerospace in its plants in Wichita (Kansas, USA). It is powered by two Pratt & Whitney Canada Pw305A and can transport 8 passengers and 2 crew members for 2.405 nautical miles (4.454 km). The Learjet 60 is an improved version of the Learjet 55, with a longer fuselage and more powerful turbofan engines. The modifications applied to this model are the result of an improvement program which regarded the aerodynamics of the aircraft and the increase of the cabin seats with the elongation of the fuselage. This is an aircraft of medium dimensions offering a remarkable comfort level to the passengers.
